At Scootway, your safety is our top priority. That's why we include a mandatory bike inspection with every service. During the inspection, our skilled technicians may identify additional components that require replacement or servicing, which could result in additional costs. If we do discover anything, we will inform you of the issue and provide a detailed breakdown of the costs for the additional work.

Please note that the cost of parts replacement is not included in our standard service, and we will always inform you of the cost before replacing any parts. We also charge an additional labor fee for fitting new parts and accessories.

If you are unable to bring your bike to our Scootway servicing store in person, we offer convenient pick-up and/or delivery services for an additional fee. The one-way fee is $35, and the two-way fee is $60.
